We stand by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt in accordance with this Return Policy.

Qualifying devices purchased directly from WEFOKA TECHNOLOGY (H.K) CO. , LIMITED(wefoka.com) and we operated retail and Reset locations may be returned within 60 days of the date of receipt of goods for a full refund and free standard return shipping. Any other additional charges related to expedited shipping will not be refunded. Returns must be postmarked within the 60 days. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. This offer is valid in the contiguous U.S. only. Orders of qualifying devices shipped to Military Bases, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories, Alaska and Hawaii will not qualify for free return shipping and Tesla-Accessories standard return policy applies.

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow the instructions outlined below under ‘How do I initiate a return?’ Product must be returned in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories within the 60-day trial period. Upon receipt of the qualifying product, WEFOKA TECHNOLOGY (H.K) CO. , LIMITED(wefoka.com) will issue a full refund via the original form of payment or in accordance with local laws. All returns are subject to the additional terms outlined below.

Standard 30 Day Return Policy

All other products purchased directly from WEFOKA TECHNOLOGY (H.K) CO. , LIMITED(wefoka.com) and we operated retail and Reset locations may be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of goods for a refund based upon the original payment method. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Please keep in mind, we do not cover or reimburse return shipping costs. Product must be returned in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories within 30 days. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment or in accordance with local laws.

For all returns, please note the following:

  • Items must be returned in like-new condition. Items that are damaged, dented, scratched, or missing major contents may be denied a return.
  • Exact return addresses will be provided by our Customer Experience Team during the return process.
  • Personalized items, refurbished devices, and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Tesla-Accessories branded products purchased through other authorized retailers must be returned directly to the retailers in accordance with their respective return policy. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned to Tesla-Accessories pursuant to Tesla-Accessories Limited Warranty.
  • Counterfeit devices are not eligible for a WEFOKA TECHNOLOGY (H.K) CO. , LIMITED(wefoka.com) return and refund.
  • Products bought in store cannot be returned online.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at WEFOKA TECHNOLOGY (H.K) CO. , LIMITED(wefoka.com)’s discretion. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. How Do I Initiate a Return?

If you are experiencing any issues with the online portal or placed your order on WEFOKA TECHNOLOGY (H.K) CO. , LIMITED(wefoka.com) outside of the USA , please contact our Customer Experience Team or via our chat service. To initiate the return, please provide the following information:

The returns process after initiation:

  • After your request has been authorized, you will receive your return authorization document and return shipping label. Pack your return item and drop off at a FedEx location. All returns must include the return authorization document inside the return package. We recommend that you hold onto your tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
  • Shipping labels will be valid for 14 days. If your return is not shipped within this time (or within the return window period), your return request and return shipping label will expire.
  • Once the return is marked as delivered, please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed. Additional delays may occur during peak operations. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
  • It can take 1-2 billing cycles depending on payment used and the practices of your financial institution to receive the credited funds.
  • We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping and handling charges unless the return was a result of our error, a qualifying device under Tesla-Accessories’ 60-day at-home trial, or subject to the Tesla-Accessories Limited Warranty. Return requests must be received by Tesla-Accessories within 30 days of purchase, or 60 days for qualifying devices. Only authorized returns will be processed.

Please Note: WEFOKA TECHNOLOGY (H.K) CO. , LIMITED(wefoka.com) products purchased at an authorized retailer must be returned to the original point of sale.

How Are Refunds Credited?

If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy, WEFOKA TECHNOLOGY (H.K) CO. , LIMITED(wefoka.com) will credit your original form of payment you used to make the original purchase and any applicable taxes (excluding shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified).
